Calling all local musical theatre singers! We are looking for talented artists to join our star-studded cast for The Room Where It Happened: Songs of Protest and Patriotism!

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • When is the show?
    • The show will be on October 20. Once we have made our casting selection more information will be revealed, but there will be two rehearsals leading up to the show.
  • Will I be compensated?
    • Yes, all cast will be compensated for their time, more information will be revealed when selections are made.
  • Who is eligible to apply?
    • Anyone over 16 years of age who is legally allowed to work in D.C. is encouraged to apply. It is the policy of the Atlas Performing Arts Center to provide equal opportunity to all applicants and to oppose all forms of discrimination, including discrimination on the basis of sex, race, color, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, national origin, or physical condition.
  • When does the contest end?
