General Ticket Information
We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before a performance to avoid last-minute lines at the Box Office. Large groups should allow more time before the show for tickets to be distributed. Late-arriving patrons will be seated at the discretion of the performing company and the house manager in order to minimize disruption to the performers and audience.
To pick up your tickets, come to the Box Office at 1333 H Street, NE, Washington, DC 20002 . Please bring a picture ID with you.
If you can’t find your ticket, just come to the Box Office, give us your name and let us know you lost your ticket. We can issue you a pass for your seat(s) and you may be asked to show an ID.
We have no official dress code: come as you wish!
Patrons who have a last-minute change of plans and cannot get to the performance may exchange tickets for a $5 exchange fee.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation, a cancellation notice will be posted on our website. Performance cancellations are rare and are usually decided late in the afternoon for an evening performance. Refunds are not offered when a performance has taken place. When a performance is cancelled due to inclement weather or other reasons, alternative options will be assessed in regard to possible exchanges or refunds.
