Cafe Associate

The Cafe Associate’s primary responsibility is to provide quick yet efficient customer service to all patrons who visit the Atlas Cafe.  The Cafe Associate must be able to work weeknights and weekends as most shifts take place during those times.

Front of House Associate

The Front of House Associates are the first level of communication a patron has with the Atlas. The primary responsibility of the Front of House Associate is to provide excellent customer service to patrons who are attending the Atlas. Front of House Associates are assigned to work in the box office and to work as house managers.

Weekend Assistant Production Manager

The Assistant Production Manager (APM) is responsible for supervising all aspects of the Sprenger, Lang or Lab Theatres (as assigned) at the Atlas Performing Arts Center. The APM is an integral team member of the Operations department and thus provides support in other areas of the center, as needed.  Hours of work are: Friday- 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Saturday- 6 to 8 hour shift, (schedule dependent on operational needs), Sunday- 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Internships

The Atlas accepts internship applications (cover letter and resume) year-round. We have specific placements for one intern each semester in the fall, winter and summer. The intern assists the Atlas with its external affairs including marketing, development and community engagement. All resumes received for specific positions or the internship will be kept on file for one year. All information received for general consideration will be maintained for six months. If an interview is considered appropriate, an Atlas staff member will contact you. Due to the volume of mail received, we are unable to respond to telephone inquiries regarding application status.
